Dakota built her career in public accounting at small, mid-sized, and Big 4 firms, including Deloitte, preparing and reviewing returns for closely held businesses, investment entities, and high-net-worth families. Her experience includes trust and gift tax work, entity structuring, and year-round planning for families with complex holdings. She holds a graduate certificate in data analytics and brings a technology-forward approach to keeping engagements organized, accurate, and efficient. At Bailey CPA Group she focuses on individual, trust, and business returns and is a licensed CPA in Nebraska.
Collin Bailey, CPA

Collin began his career at Deloitte, preparing and reviewing returns for private equity and hedge fund clients and closely held businesses. He then moved into corporate accounting, where he oversees financial operations across multiple locations, month-end and year-end close, and multi-state tax compliance. His experience includes forensic accounting engagements involving transaction tracing and financial investigations. He holds a master's degree in accounting analytics and brings a technology-forward approach to keeping books clean and reporting reliable. At Bailey CPA Group he focuses on business returns, monthly accounting, and advisory work for owners.
